Job Summary: Oversee the warehouse’s operational systems, processes, and infrastructure. Manage day-to day operations while anticipating risks and providing strategic solutions for long term goals, project planning and company growth. Responsibilities we’ll trust you with:
  • Plans and manages the daily operations of assigned FCBS warehouse facilities.
  • Supervisory responsibilities include scheduling, performance management, training, and development of assigned employees.
  • Manage productivity by analyzing and acting on performance data, financial data, and activity reports.
  • Ensures success, coordinates with other support departments such as accounting, HR, logistics and sales.
  • Oversees shipping, receiving and delivery functions.
  • Coordinates with the sales team to determine pricing, timing, and number of sales promotion and products to be sold.
  • Coordinates the creation or prepares and updates organizations operations manual and policies.
  • Ability to meet deadlines without compromising workmanship.
  • Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • Direct efforts and assist in maintaining the safety and security of the warehouse.
  • Conduct operations in a manner that promotes workplace safety.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Your area of knowledge and expertise:
Preferred qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 5-7 years of experience in operations/warehouse
  • Ability to drive projects and manage project teams.
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Process and procedure oriented.
  • Previous experience with the building materials/lumber industry is preferred.

  • Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels

Competitive pay starting at $73,000 per year based on experience.
