We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety Management: Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and subcontractors.
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Work with project managers and engineers to plan and coordinate construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that projects are completed to the highest quality standards.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that construction activities are in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance and operation of construction equipment, ensuring that it is in good working condition and that all necessary safety protocols are followed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: OSHA 30-Hour certification and CPR/First Aid certification.
