Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Operations Manager to join our team at Par Mar Oil Company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail stores, ensuring that they are running efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and Administer Company Policies: Work with the Director of Operations to develop and implement company policies, goals, and objectives for our retail stores.
  • Train and Develop Store Managers: Provide training and development opportunities to store managers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Conduct Store Visits: Regularly visit stores to ensure they are operating in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor Store Performance: Analyze store performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  • Develop and Implement Operational Procedures: Work with store managers to develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective store operations.
  • Manage Store Staff: Supervise and manage store staff, including hiring, training, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure Compliance with Company Standards: Ensure that all stores are in compliance with company standards, including safety, security, and customer service.
  • Develop and Maintain a Professional Corporate Image: Work with store managers to develop and maintain a professional corporate image that is consistent with company standards.
  • Communicate with Store Managers and Employees: Communicate regularly with store managers and employees to ensure they have the information and resources needed to succeed in their roles.
