Key Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Superintendent, with a preference for 2-3 years in the commercial roofing sector
  • Proficient in English; Spanish language skills are advantageous
  • High school diploma or higher education is preferred
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate project teams, promoting a culture of trust, respect, and ongoing improvement
  • Oversee roofing crews to meet strategic objectives and project milestones
  • Achieve key performance indicators, ensuring quality, safety, and budget compliance
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance updates
  • Identify and rectify deviations from established procedures
  • Evaluate and enhance operational efficiency across projects
  • Collaborate effectively with Project Managers, Foremen, and Department Heads

Travel Expectations:

  • Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time
