We are looking for our next A-Team member to join our growing retail and sales team.

You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business relationships with key decision makers and working with internal sales leaders to help drive the needs of managing our business with key customers. In this role, you will work both with external contacts and the internal AmeriLux retail team to help coordinate key initiatives, drive key business strategies, engage in line review and promotional planning needs, and provide key analysis and analytic based support to best help AmeriLux manage key customer business.

Role Facts:

  • Identifies appropriate sales activities and strategies for achieving long- and short-term customer objectives.
  • Executes strategic objectives set by management.
  • Plans and directs all sales activities within assigned account.
  • Promotes total quality management through active participation and commitment to improve services to all external and internal customers.
  • Conducts and completes sales calls with clients and potential clients. Answers field team service questions.
  • Listens actively and exercises sensitivity when interacting with customers.
  • Evaluates customer problems and situations and identifies problems, opportunities, or new products and services beneficial to the customer. Performs price progressions and GAP analysis.
  • Monitors MST (Merchandising Service Team) program and execution and will monitor feedback. Including store walks
  • Provide Monthly Competitive Landscape of businesses
  • Prepares sales forecast with Demand Planning Manager by product category and individual accounts
  • Participates in line reviews and business reviews.
  • Conducts follow-up on sales letters and correspondence.
  • Identifies sales issues; develops workable solutions; and resolves as appropriate.
  • Directs trade show preparation and attends trade shows
