Foresight Connect is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team You will be responsible for helping the sales team expand the company's client base by meeting with existing clients, new homeowners, and builder representatives. You may also be asked to help identify and secure new opportunities by acquiring builders we don't yet have a relationship with.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell smart home options to homebuyers
  • Create and submit in-depth estimates with accurate pricing to builders and homebuyers
  • Act as the primary point of contact for your clients
  • Resolve client inquiries and complaints
  • Meet with homebuyers at our showroom to demonstrate the technologies we offer
  • Meet with homebuyers onsite to understand their vision and offer professional recommendations
  • Be a knowledgeable resource for the products and services we offer (A/V, CCTV, security systems, Control4, etc.)
  • Review floorplans and mark locations for sold products
  • Travel to job sites to walk the layout when necessary, ensuring an accurate and thorough estimate is built
  • Embrace and implement changes that enhance the experiences of our clients and team members

  • Ability to build rapport and form genuine connections with clients
  • Exhibits high standards and strong initiative
  • Go-getter attitude and a passion for being the top performer
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask, meeting strict deadlines regularly
  • Must be responsible, reliable, and professional in appearance and presentation
  • Must be able to pass a background and MVR screening
  • Must have 1+ years of experience in sales
  • Previous experience in the construction industry preferred
  • Previous experience in the low voltage field preferred
