Customer Service/Administrative Assistant

Uniflex of America is looking for a motivated, reliable individual that will work as a Customer Service/Admin Assistant in the Schaumburg IL area. This person will process orders as well as perform administrative duties and will report to the General Manager.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties
Help customers order and return products including:
- Purchase order review and processing
- Return Goods Authorization (RGA) processing
- QuickBooks maintenance for warehouse locations, part listing and price entry/updates
- Monitor order deliveries from suppliers and update customers and sales team with expected ship dates
Help General Manager with administrative duties including:
- Scan, attach, file documents
- Update information in CRM system
- Update, maintain various spreadsheets
- Assist with various accounting duties
- Order and pickup lunches weekly
- Keep office and kitchen clean and stocked
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years experience a plus
- High School diploma required
- Knowledge in Word, Excel, Teams
- Some working experience with QuickBooks a plus
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to problem solve and have critical thinking skills

401K - Available after 3 consecutive months of service. Employer matches 50% of employees contribution, up to 3% maximum.
11 paid holidays and 15 days PTO (paid time off) per year.
Job Type: Full-time, hourly, non-exempt position
Hours: M-F 8am 5pm
