Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Proactively engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.

Sales Generation: Drive revenue growth by identifying sales opportunities and effectively presenting insurance products.

Policy Review: Conduct comprehensive insurance policy reviews with clients, ensuring they have adequate coverage.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfaction, address inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust in the agency.


Requirements

Licensing: Must hold a valid Texas Property & Casualty License.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a similar role is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients.

Customer-Centric: Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and understanding client needs.

Local Presence: Must be based in the Rio Grande Valley and willing to work onsite at our office.

Goal-Oriented: Motivated to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the agency.

Spanish speaking preferred.
