Job DescriptionJob Description

SUMMARY: The administrative assistant/receptionist is responsible for representing our Headquarter offices by greeting visitors and manages the front desk. In addition, the Administrative Assistant performs administrative tasks such as booking meeting rooms, arranging transportation, and responds to internal and external inquiries. This position may provide back-up for clerical projects or support management. As well as a commitment to and support of the Company Core Values are key to success in this position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive, screen and direct incoming calls
  • High level of professionalism when greeting visitors
  • Sort and forward incoming mail, post outgoing mail, and notify recipients of deliveries
  • Support the site for events such as lunch ordering, set-up, and breakdown
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Service copier (add toner, paper, fix paper jams); call for service as needed
  • Stock company swag, lunchroom, and conference rooms
  • Provide clerical support to the HR Department
  • Provide clerical support to the Accounting Dept
  • Responsible for filing and labeling
  • Uphold the company core values
  • Other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 2 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to speak and understand basic office, safety and manufacturing instructions.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers. Ability to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Authorization to work in the United States. To conform to U.S. export control regulations, you should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government.
