Position: Maintenance Manager

Location: Moore, OK

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, electrical wiring, appliances, and interior/exterior finishes.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and management to address issues and ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner.
  • Conduct inspections of units and common areas to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Assist with the turnover of vacant units, including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs to prepare them for new tenants.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed, including materials used and labor hours.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role, preferably in residential property management.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance techniques.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of maintenance issues effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; trade school certification or apprenticeship a plus.
