Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Territory Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales within your assigned geographic area, developing relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Your exceptional communication skills, strong sales acumen, and ability to build rapport will be critical in expanding our customer base and increasing market share. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company and make a significant impact in driving our sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow sales within the assigned territory by identifying new business opportunities, prospecting, and developing relationships with potential customers.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate pricing to secure new accounts and close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing excellent customer service and support to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to generate leads and expand market presence.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and position our products and services effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, customer service, and technical support, to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order fulfillment, and post-sales support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-development initiatives.
