PROMAN Staffing has partnered with our global manufacturing client with North American Headquarters in Illinois to source and hire a customer-centric; goal-oriented Manufacturing Sales Representative for their Chicago based territory.



As a Sales Representative you are a key contributor to the growth and success of the company through your efforts in acquiring new customers, retaining existing ones, and driving revenue through effective sales practices.


Sales Representative Responsibilities

  • and reach out to potential customers or clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • a deep understanding of the products being offered to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing how the product meets their needs and addressing any concerns they may have.
  • on negotiating terms and pricing with customers to close sales deals.
  • and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term business partnerships.
