Position Overview:

We are currently in search of a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing project management, production, orders, scheduling, onsite management, material procurement, walkthroughs, client interactions, financial transactions, and allowance management. This position also presents the opportunity to earn commissions for any self-generated leads that are converted by the sales team.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

- Acquire technical knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.

- Exhibit exceptional organizational, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.

- Efficiently manage project timelines to ensure timely completion.

- Cultivate and nurture positive client relationships.

- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to accomplish project objectives.

- Possess the physical capability to navigate challenging terrains, lift heavy objects, and effectively carry out office tasks.

Requirements:

- Profound understanding of construction processes, building codes, regulations, and safety standards with a minimum of 3 years experience.

- Outstanding organizational, communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities.

- Meticulous attention to detail and adeptness at managing multiple tasks concurrently.

- Prior experience in client relationship management and successful team collaboration.

- Physical aptitude for tasks like scaling steep roofs, lifting heavy objects, and maintaining a clean driving record.

- Proficiency in office skills including email management, Excel proficiency, CRM software utilization, document creation, file organization, and mobile app usage.
