ITG is searching for a Project Manager within the Construction Industry. Our client has a unique and growing portfolio of business throughout Colorado. They are looking for a PM to help manage multiple commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple projects at a time and have the experience to handle additional responsibilities as needed, like estimating bids for future projects.


Key Responsibilities:


1. **Project Planning and Scheduling:**

- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.


2. Budget Management:

- Prepare and manage project budgets.

- Monitor project costs and ensure financial efficiency.

- Approve expenditures and track project financials.


3. Team Management:

- Lead and supervise construction teams, including subcontractors and laborers.

- Assign tasks and responsibilities and monitor performance.


4. Risk Management:

- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.


5. Client Communication:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.

- Provide regular updates on project progress and address any issues or concerns.


7. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.

- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management and clients.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management with structural steel

- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in project management software (Bluebeam).

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
