Position Summary

Our client, who is in the manufacturing space, is looking for a seasoned Program/Project Manager to help unify and streamline 6 active projects into a cohesive workflow project. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies as well as excellent communication skills. You’ll be joining a fast-paced environment where your contributions will be critical to successful project execution. This role is a Hybrid 6-month contract based in Colorado.


Responsibilities

  • Project Unification: Take ownership of six distinct projects currently running independently and standardize their workflow process management. Ensure all projects follow a consistent, integrated framework with clear visibility into project statuses.
  • Requirements Management: Gather requirements and translate them into epics and user stories to align with the Agile approach.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, project managers, IT directors, and developers to drive project success. Facilitate cross-department collaboration and communication.
  • Agile Management: Ensure strong adherence to Agile principles, including managing epics, stories, and sprint cycles. Ensure that project milestones and timelines are clear and effectively managed.
  • Standardization: Utilize and standardize project management tools (particularly Jira), ensuring a consistent approach across all projects.
  • Project Status Tracking: Maintain a clear understanding of project progress using a clear status system. Ensure stakeholders are informed of the current status and any challenges. Track projects through lifecycle starting with sales, through installation, and ending with recognized revenue.
  • Integration of Systems: Oversee the integration of multiple project streams into a unified approach.
  • Focus on Scope: Ensure projects are developed and delivered within the defined scope, managing integration points between systems where necessary.
  • Collaboration with Partners: Coordinate with both internal and external implementation partners to achieve key milestones


Minimum Experience

  • Strong background in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale software rollouts and multi-project programs.
  • Expertise in using Jira for project management, including managing epics and stories.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with IT teams, project managers, and external stakeholders.
  • Prior experience with ERP systems and Salesforce
  • Strong organizational skills and a track record of standardizing workflows and processes across multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with IT teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing projects where multiple tools and systems are used, with an emphasis on unifying and integrating project workflows.
  • Ability to quickly understand the status of projects and identify key areas for integration.



Salary / Wage Range

$50.00—$63.00/hour

  • Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown. The Doyle Group offers a competitive rewards package, which includes a 401k, healthcare coverage and other benefits.
