Duties:
Develops project plans using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), schedules, and task dependencies, focusing on the critical path
Collaborates with team members to define tasks, estimate timelines, track progress, and maintain the project schedule
Manages projects using agile methodologies, including leading sprint meetings
Develops and updates system roadmaps, project plans, and product/release backlogs
Collaborates with the team to develop user stories, estimate effort, and set acceptance criteria, ensuring the functionality and quality of the product.
Collects and documents project requirements
Leads workshops and prototyping sessions to gather input
Creates documentation that aligns with the project management methodology in use.
Conducts systems analysis and develops design alternatives for projects involving new applications, system enhancements, or integrations
Assists in creating data models, mapping interface elements, and supports system testing as needed.




Skills/Qualifications:
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree. PMP certification required
Minimum Experience: 5 years of IT Project Management Experience
5 years of project management experience leading Agile development teams
5 years of experience in requirements gathering, requirements workshop facilitation, and requirements documentation
5 years of experience performing systems analysis including systems design, testing, and integration
Experience with MS Project preferred
