Responsibilities

Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Policy Administration: Assist clients with policy modifications, renewals, and claims processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Risk Assessment: Evaluate client insurance needs, identify coverage gaps, and recommend appropriate products to mitigate risks.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and endorsements to support seamless service delivery.

Client Advocacy: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on insurance options and advocating for their best interests.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about industry regulations and updates to ensure compliance in client interactions and policy management.


Requirements

Licensing: Active Louisiana Property & Casualty License required.

Experience: Previous experience in commercial insurance customer service or a related field is advantageous: 3-5 years experience

Must have experience in Applied Epic.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.

Client-Focused: Committed to meeting and exceeding client expectations, fostering long-term relationships.

Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset, willing to work with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

$50,000 a year or higher based on experience.
