About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prospective clients with coverage options and offer multiple policies to ensure they are properly insured through consultative selling.
  • Make outbound prospecting calls from lists and manage the prospect from initial contact through policy writing.
  • Develop and maintain a strong client base through prospecting and referrals.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of insurance industry regulations and trends.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Achieve sales goals and exceed performance metrics.
  • Comply with insurance standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Active property and casualty license.
  • At least two years of sales experience in the insurance industry.
  • Articulate and professional voice on the phone.
  • Self-starter, driven, and able to manage rejection well.
  • Confident, energetic, enthusiastic with a sense of humor.
  • Computer literate, type quickly and accurately.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and a calculator.
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
