  • New Business Development: Identify opportunities to cultivate new business and offer additional insurance lines through consultative selling techniques.
  • Office Support: Assist with various office duties as needed to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and a calculator.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to type quickly and accurately.
  • Personal Qualities: Organized, structured, punctual, and reliable, with a patient, respectful, and trustworthy attitude.
Compensation:
  • Wages and Bonuses: Competitive wages between $12-$20 per hour, with bonuses for performance and other benefits available.
Experience:
  • Insurance Experience: No prior insurance experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training and education to our team members. However, previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
