  • Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance issues and best practices.
  • Conduct investigations into compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present compliance reports and documentation to senior management and regulatory bodies.
  • Collaborate with various departments to integrate compliance practices into operational processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of regulatory reports and documentation.
  • Maintain and manage compliance-related records and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CCEP, CAMS) preferred.
  • Proven experience in compliance consulting or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to the organization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in compliance management software and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and advise staff.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to ethical practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
