Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Fleet GPS Tracking System
- Monitor vehicle GPS connectivity and status reports to ensure all fleet tracking systems are operational.
- Generate Driver Scorecards and escalate issues to responsible team members.
- Assemble and distribute Vehicle Safety Packets
- Safety Training Records
- Coordinate safety onboarding requirements with new hires and their managers.
- Assist safety team with preparation for face-to-face training classes
- Track data for safety training, update completion records, generate certificates, and provide reports to Corporate Safety team
- Monitor and coordinate State Licensing Renewals
- Monitor and manage driver’s license expirations
- Calculate and distribute monthly man-hours for OSHA and customer reporting
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Previous experience in Safety or HR preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with GPS tracking systems is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
