Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer support within the software industry, preferably in healthcare. This role involves providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving technical issues, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our products and services.


Key Responsibilities:

· Customer Assistance: Provide timely and accurate technical support to customers via phone, email, and case management systems.

· Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions.

· Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support ticketing system.

· Knowledge Base: Develop and update articles to help customers find solutions independently.

· Escalation: Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or engineering teams and ensure resolution.

· Customer Training: Conduct training sessions to help customers effectively use our software.

· Feedback Loop: Collect and relay customer feedback to the product development team.

· Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our software products, including new features and updates.

· Incident Management: Prioritize and manage customer incidents, ensuring timely resolution and communication.

· Customer Advocacy: Represent customer needs within the company and ensure their feedback informs product development.


Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

· Very comfortable with SQL (Preferably MSSQL) queries, data, and tables.
· 2+ years of experience in customer support within the software industry, preferably in healthcare.

· Strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to understand complex software systems.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

· Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA) is a plus.
