- Issue Resolution: Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with our development and project teams to identify and implement solutions.
- Documentation: Document customer feedback and recommendations for improving our software applications and hardware.
- Training: Conduct training sessions for our support teams on new software applications and hardware.
- Quality Assurance: Perform quality assurance validation on software releases and fixes to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to ensure that their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, IT Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of one year of IT support experience or 18 months of experience working with our business applications hardware.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, technical, analytical, and critical thinking skills, and ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
Normal work hours are 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
