What a GREAT Opportunity This is a role split between two locations, Carolina Senior Living, located in Lexington, NC, and Emmanuel's Place in Statesville, NC. Each location consists of about 30 spacious one-bedroom residential apartments. An added bonus for Carolina Senior Living is that the location is adjacent to another EveryAge facility, Carolina SeniorCare. The two programs work hand and glove. We are currently searching for a Services Coordinator to service both locations.

Responsibilities and Duties

The Service Coordinator performs a wide range of tasks to advocate for and assist residents living in HUD 202 Elderly Housing managed by EveryAge. The Service Coordinator coordinates efforts of outreach, resource coordination, problem solving, intervention, advocacy, community building, and increasing visibility of the services within the broader community

A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (or a related field); or a minimum of five years of work experience in social services is required.

Minimum of one (1) years experience in a geriatric setting preferred.

Other Qualifications:

1. Strong organizational, communication and inter-personal skills

2. Manage multiple projects/changing priorities
