Dental Patient Services Coordinator

Kintegra Health is a community-sponsored, family-centered provider of healthcare, health education, and preventive care services without regard for the ability to pay.
We are seeking a Bilingual Dental Patient Services Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support in a fast-paced dental environment.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome patients and visitors with a smile, making them feel important and valued.
- Speak clearly and calmly to patients in person or on the phone, providing excellent customer service.
- Gather, verify, and accurately enter and update patient demographics, insurance information, and payment details.
- Notify the attending dentist and working assistants of patient arrivals and readiness.
- Answer and respond to telephone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Schedule patients for efficient use of doctor and staff time, making patients aware of any overdue balances.
- Manage the recall system and confirm next-day appointments by phone, reminding patients of their account status.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the dentist or PSR supervisor.
