FARHA ROOFING, an award-winning roofing company with locations in Wichita, Eads, Durango, Kansas City, Denver, Orlando, and Phoenix has an excellent career opportunity for a Business Development Manager with 3 years’ experience with sales in a similar construction field.
Our ideal Business Development candidate would have experience working in commercial construction or commercial roofing, can work effectively in a collaborative, team-based company, and has a proven record of consistently meeting sales goals and objectives.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for:
- Developing, maintaining, and expanding business relationships with developers, real estate brokers, commercial property owners, engineers, general contractors
- Produce qualified leads and provide contract proposals
- Customer Service and management of client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage accounts and expand business relationships
- Creating, presenting, or responding to proposals for specific customer requirements, including RFPs and industry-specific solutions
Successful candidates must meet the following criteria for this exciting opportunity:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Three years of previous sales experience building relationships and expanding a client base in the commercial construction market selling products/services to property management companies, asset managers, REIT’s, insurance agents, building owners, architects, developers, engineering firms, and general contracting firms.
- The candidate should have strong knowledge and relationships in the construction market.
- Track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals and quotas
- Candidates who possess previous construction sales experience will be given preference
