Job Description:
The Company Finance Account Specialist will play a critical role in managing the financial health of Oliver Behavioral Consultants. This position involves overseeing QuickBooks Online, generating regular financial reports, managing budgets, and ensuring accurate financial tracking and reconciliation. The role is vital to maintaining the financial integrity and stability of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
QuickBooks Management:

  • Manage and maintain QuickBooks Online, including Profit & Loss statements, budgets, forecasts, and balance sheets.
  • Regularly categorize expenses and spending on company accounts.
  • Reconcile books on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Amortization and Depreciation management.
  • Loans and Investments.
  • Journal Entries.
    Financial Reporting
  • Generate regular financial reports, including forecasts, waterfalls, projections, and dashboards.
  • Deliver clear and actionable insights to support company decision-making.
    Budgeting & Forecasting:
  • Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure proper payment is made to various entities every month.
    Grant & Funding Management:
  • Work on grants and funding allocations, ensuring proper tracking and reporting.
    Tax & Liability Management:
  • Understand and manage company taxes and liabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
    Advanced Excel & Reporting Skills:
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills, including pivot charts, to create detailed financial dashboards.
  • Provide financial markers and metrics to guide company strategy.
    Qualifications:
    Advanced skills in QuickBooks Online and bookkeeping.
    Strong understanding of company taxes, liabilities, and cash basis accounting.
    Proficiency in Excel, particularly in creating pivot charts and financial dashboards.
    Experience in therapy clinics and billing is highly desirable.
    Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    Ability to generate comprehensive financial reports and forecasts.
    Attention to detail and high accuracy in financial management.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    Experience working in therapy clinics or a similar healthcare setting.
    Familiarity with grants and funding allocations.
