Job Summary:

As a Service Advisor at Walnut Ridge Family RV Sales, you will be the primary point of contact for our service department. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their needs, coordinate repairs and maintenance with our service team, and ensure a seamless experience from start to finish. Your ability to communicate effectively, manage multiple tasks, and provide top-notch customer service will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assess their RV service needs with professionalism and care.
  • Schedule and coordinate RV service appointments and follow-up with customers throughout the service process.
  • Communicate with the service team to ensure accurate and timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
  • Provide detailed explanations of service and repair work to customers, including cost estimates and timelines.
  • Maintain customer records, service histories, and communication logs in our CRM system.
  • Assist in processing warranty claims and coordinating with manufacturers.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date with RV product knowledge, industry trends, and dealership promotions.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a service advisor, customer service, or sales role (preferably in the RV, automotive, or similar industry).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • RV knowledge is a plus but not required—training will be provided.
