  • Work together win together: As the HR Business Partner, you’ll report to the Vice President of Human Resources for G&A. You’ll partner closely with senior G&A leaders and HR Centers of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management, Learning and Organizational Development, and Compensation. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 2 days/week in office.
  • Innovate with purpose: You’ll use your HR expertise to drive best practices, influence decisions through data, lead strategic initiatives, org restructuring, workforce planning and succession management while continuously learning about our business functions and culture.

What You’ll Achieve

  • Be a Strategic Partner: Collaborate with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals. Engage with all levels of our dynamic, matrixed team environment.
  • Drive Employee Engagement: Enhance work relationships, boost employee morale, increase productivity, and improve retention through effective coaching and feedback.
  • Investigate and Resolve: Conduct investigations, manage performance improvement plans, execute RIFs and terminations, and create disciplinary actions with managers.
  • Collaborate across HR COE’s: Work with Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management, Learning and Organizational Development, and Compensation to drive HR initiatives.
  • Ensure Compliance: Apply HR practices and principles, ensuring adherence to company policies and HR regulations.
  • Support Local Offices: Be the go-to person for HR-related matters and support in-person initiatives in local offices.
  • Leverage Data: Run HRIS reports, analyze data, and recommend actionable changes to drive business success.
  • Foster Development: Conduct exit interviews, coach employees on conflict resolution, and facilitate employee transfers and promotions.

  • Ability to analyze data and recommend changes based on the analysis.

  • Proven ability in managing multiple priorities and thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
