We are currently seeking a Mill Lead/Supervisor to join our team at our facility located in Gilbert, AZ, 85233. As a Mill Lead/Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing machine setups for production runs and operating CNC Mills.

Overview:Responsibilities:
  • Implements planned work center schedule for production runs
  • Monitors operations of CNC Mill machines, up to 5-axis
  • Works closely with Engineering and Quality departments to ensure quality output of parts
  • Measures, examines and tests finished parts in order to detect compliance to specifications using precision instruments such as micrometers
  • Coaches, supervises and mentors team members
  • Maintains team member timekeeping in both the payroll and ERP systems
  • Maintains a safe and clean work environment
  • Ensures production targets are met
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of CNC set up and operation for both lathes and mills up to 5-axis
  • 3+ years supervisory or lead experience
  • Advance blueprint reading knowldge
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Due to compliance with US export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a US Person which is defined as a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
