Harmony Plus Staffing Solutions (Agencia de Empleo) está buscando Vendedores Externos para unirse a nuestro equipo de trabajo en Miami FL. El representante de ventas externo venderá los servicios ofrecidos por nuestra empresa a nuevos clientes.

El candidato ideal deberá tener experiencia previa en ventas externas, preferiblemente en agencias de empleo o empresas de servicios; Él/ella debe tener fuertes habilidades multitarea y excelentes habilidades de monitoreo. Será una hábil comunicadora con éxito en la negociación.


Responsabilidades:
- Servicio al Cliente y Networking: Adquirir y mantener una red de fuentes para identificar nuevos clientes potenciales.
- Comunicarse con clientes potenciales para identificar y comprender sus necesidades.
- Alinear las propuestas de valor con los puntos débiles del cliente para vender nuestro servicio (Reclutamiento, Selección y Nómina).
- Garantizar la satisfacción del cliente a través de una discusión abierta.
- Responder y resolver las cuestiones que surjan a lo largo del ciclo de ventas.
- Mantenerse en contacto constante con clientes actuales y anteriores, alertándoles sobre nuevos productos, servicios y mejoras que puedan ser de su interés.
- Informes: Mantener informes diarios de las actividades de ventas, incluyendo llamadas, ofertas y cualquier otro tema. Proporcionar pronósticos de ventas territoriales periódicos según lo solicitado.

Requisitos:

- Se prefiere una licenciatura en negocios, marketing o un campo relacionado.
- Cinco años de experiencia en ventas de servicios externos.
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de servicio al cliente.
- Habilidades organizativas comprobadas y atención al detalle demostrable.
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
- Capacidad para desempeñarse bien en entornos de ritmo rápido.
- Dominio de las herramientas de Microsoft Office.
- Se requiere bilingüe en inglés y español.

Tipo de trabajo: tiempo completo
Salario: $6,000 mensual 
Pago de comisiones + Bonos
de lunes a viernes
