What You Will Do:

  • Improve financial processes, identify and manage financial risks;

  • Monitor daily cash balances to optimize cash levels and minimize idle funds, and develop cash flow forecasts to anticipate future financial needs;

  • Deliver budgets management, ensuring alignment with set goals;

  • Company policies overview, achievement of goals and objectives in order to affect financial oversight in protecting the company’s assets;

  • Manage portfolio of investments to balance risk and return according to organization’s strategy and risk tolerance;

  • Coordinate with banks to manage accounts, services, and transactions. Negotiate terms and fees with financial institutions to ensure cost-effective services;

  • Provide timely and accurate financial reports to management for decision-making;

  • Manage and develop the growing team of finance specialists;

  • Managing an end-to-end audit process of current systems – while acting as the first point of contact for external auditors;

  • Establish and maintain policies for cash management, investment, and risk management.

What We Expect:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

  • 5+ years experience in financial management

  • Deep knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, risk management, financial reporting, auditing coordination, financial planning and finance strategy development

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • Excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, and initiative;

  • Excellent MS Excel skills;

  • Fluent at communicating in spoken and written English.
