Compensation:

$16 - $17 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Connect with our customer base and raise brand visibility by coordinating community events
  • Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates
  • Manage all paperwork in the office and create a process for team members to follow to ensure efficiency
  • Buy materials for the office when necessary
  • Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to keep the office running efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure everything is well-stocked and in order.
  • Run errands as needed, including delivering documents, picking up supplies, etc.
  • Support the team with various tasks as they arise, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Help coordinate small projects and follow up on pending tasks.


Qualifications:
  • Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers
  • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner
  • Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) is a plus.
  • A can-do attitude with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
  • Reliable transportation for running errands (if applicable).
