Compensation:$16 - $17 hourly
Responsibilities:- Connect with our customer base and raise brand visibility by coordinating community events
- Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates
- Manage all paperwork in the office and create a process for team members to follow to ensure efficiency
- Buy materials for the office when necessary
- Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to keep the office running efficiently.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.
- Manage office supplies and ensure everything is well-stocked and in order.
- Run errands as needed, including delivering documents, picking up supplies, etc.
- Support the team with various tasks as they arise, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Help coordinate small projects and follow up on pending tasks.
- Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers
- Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner
- Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) is a plus.
- A can-do attitude with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
- Reliable transportation for running errands (if applicable).
