Position Overview:

This position provides comprehensive administrative and project support of the day-to-day operations of the People Team and employees. In addition, they provide employees with assistance as needed and work with other People team members on a variety of HR functions.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcomes an open-door policy and handles employee issues with strict confidentiality, escalating employee relations issues to the People Partners and the VP of HR.
  • Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
  • Assist the People Team in various HR projects
  • Utilize email blasts, intranet, homepage, club texting, PowerPoint presentations and company meeting announcements to communicate with staff.
  • As part of the HR team, helps coordinate and execute company events and major projects such as: Wellness & Employee Appreciation Day (WEA), Holiday party, Trident United Way Campaign, Day of Caring, Happy Hours and all community involvement events.
  • Liaise with other departments or functions
  • Keep up to date on the latest changes in Employment law in the states we are in.



Education and Work Experience:

  • BA/BS in business, human resources, communications, organizational leadership or related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a Human Resources or Recruiting role preferred
