DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the administration of federal contracts from inception through completion, ensuring compliance with all contractual requirements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
- Manage contract modifications, extensions, and renewals in collaboration with project teams and clients.
- Monitor contract performance, including deliverables, timelines, and budgets, to ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contracting officers and other stakeholders regarding contract-related issues.
- Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to federal regulations, including FAR, DFARS, and other applicable guidelines.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and reviews to identify and mitigate risks.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and ensure the companys practices remain compliant.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance-related matters and best practices.
- Prepare for and support external audits conducted by government agencies or third parties.
- Assist in the preparation and management of project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals and contract requirements.
- Oversee invoicing, financial reporting, and cost control measures to maintain financial integrity.
- Monitor project expenditures and financial performance, providing analysis and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Law, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CPCM, CFCM, CPA) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, compliance, and financial oversight, preferably within the federal contracting sector.
- Strong knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR, DFARS) and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in financial management software and tools, with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
COMPENSATION AND WORKING CONDITIONS
- Salary: $115,000.00/annual

- Working standard office hours with start and end time flexibility (40 hrs/week).
- Physical/cognitive demands include use of typical office equipment, prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer/telephone, high degree of concentration and attention to detail;
- Psychological demands include deadline drive requirements, capacity to organize and prioritize own work, adaptable to change and ability to set and work towards performance and development goals.
