Job Overview

LaBine and Associates is seeking a highly skilled Contracts Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for administering contracts and agreements in accordance with federal government regulations and company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and company policies
  • Manage and negotiate customer changes to agreements, mitigating risks and ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Oversee day-to-day contract actions in a fast-paced environment, providing written reviews to management
  • Participate in new business pursuit/proposal activity, requiring a sound knowledge of competitive and sole source proposal preparation processes
  • Advise pursuit team, program team, and management on contractual rights and obligations
  • Communicate effectively with program multi-functional teams, contracts professionals, internal management, and customer counterparts
  • Compile and analyze data, maintaining historical information
  • Manage multiple priorities and fulfill company obligations and commitments
Requirements
  • Professional working experience in Government customer interface with prime or subcontractor experience across large-scale programs
  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 3 years of prior related experience
  • Experience and thorough understanding of applicable procurement regulations (FAR / DFARS)
  • Experience negotiating and administering contracts of varying size, type, and complexity with USG customers
  • Ability to interpret contractual requirements and provide guidance to program personnel and management
  • Ability to function independently under minimal guidance and effectively manage competing priorities
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with demonstrated ability to resolve complex problems and minimize company risk
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, necessary for working in a team environment and influencing others
  • Action-oriented self-starter with attention to detail, rigorous adherence to deadlines, and skill at identifying problems and communicating potential solutions
  • Eligibility to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in defense and aerospace industries
  • Experience and understanding of OTA transactions
  • Ability to mentor, develop, and lead training for team
  • Experience in negotiation of Nondisclosure Agreements (NDA), Contractor Teaming Agreements, Memorandum of Understanding/Agreement
  • Working knowledge of Intellectual Property considerations and regulations
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance
Location and Salary

This role is hybrid (a combination of in-office and work-from-home) from our Cambridge, MA or Reston, VA office.

The salary range for this role is $95,000 - $105,000.
