We are currently seeking a skilled and adaptable Mobile Technical Project Manager to lead a specific client engagement, which involves overseeing audit activities within state correctional facilities in Illinois. This role requires expertise in healthcare processes and regulations.

Position Overview:

As the Mobile Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading auditing efforts within Illinois state correctional facilities, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance. Your role will involve comprehensive audits, project management, data analysis, and collaboration with correctional facility staff and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact between PCG Consulting Group and the client, leading the client engagement.
  • Auditing and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive audits of healthcare processes and patient care within multiple state correctional facilities across Illinois.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up to date with relevant healthcare regulations and best practices, ensuring all facilities adhere to the required standards.
  • Mobile Coordination: Manage the mobile aspect of the project, including staying in hotels near correctional facilities to facilitate audit readiness.
  • Logistics: Coordinate logistics such as travel arrangements, hotel reservations, and transportation for the audit team to ensure efficient on-site presence.
  • Offsite Meetings: Reserve and organize hotel conference rooms for offsite meetings, briefings, and strategy sessions.
  • Audit Coordination: Collaborate closely with the healthcare audit team, ensuring smooth audit processes within correctional facilities.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze healthcare data, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions to enhance patient care.
  • Client Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with the client to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and action plans, and present them to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Training and Education: Provide training and guidance to facility staff on healthcare best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Monitor project budget and allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
Requirements:
