We are seeking an experienced and proactive Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Luytens Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. This individual will be responsible for coordinating with vendors in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) space and driving the evaluation of those products for automated user provisioning capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vendor Product Evaluation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, timeline, and deliverables.
  • Product Evaluation Templates: Create templates, gap analysis, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Identity and Access Governance: Perform gap analysis between leading market products in this space against the client's homegrown system.
  • Project Planning: Work closely with engineering teams to develop project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Project Execution: Drive project execution by coordinating efforts, providing clear direction, and ensuring follow-through on commitments.
  • Communication: Ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing updates, clarifications, and managing expectations.
  • Project Management Tools: Employ project management tools and methodologies to guide projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases.
  • Project Status Meetings: Conduct regular project status meetings, identify risks and issues, and proactively address concerns.
  • Project Documents: Develop and maintain both technical and non-technical project documents, including project charters, plans, schedules, and reports.
  • Project Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work with the existing application team to turn requirements into cost-effective solutions by applying knowledge of Active Directory and Identity Management.
  • Market Product Evaluation: Evaluate available market products and suggest the best-suited product and features for the given situation.
  • Third-Party Solution Implementation: Help to evaluate from the technical perspective and implement 3rd-party solutions in the JLL environment.
Requirements:
  • IT Experience: 8 to 12 years of experience in IT.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a quantitative discipline in science, business, or social science. An advanced degree is preferred.
  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead development activities and manage stakeholders' expectations globally across multiple project initiatives.
  • Identity Governance and Administration: Experience in Identity Governance and Administration products (IGA) such as AD, Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint, Saviyant, etc.
  • Vendor Evaluation Experience: Experience in performing vendor evaluations, scoring, gap analysis, and creating leadership presentations.
  • Technical Knowledge: Technical knowledge of Active Directory and system integration capabilities, including a high-level understanding of Workday, ServiceNow, and SCCM.
  • Soft Skills: Self-motivated, self-starter, and self-disciplined individual capable of planning and executing multiple projects. Excellent technical, analytical, project management, and organizational skills. Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing rising talent in the technology department.
