Director of First Impressions

Fox Den Country Club in Knoxville, TN is looking for a Director of First Impressions to join our amazing team. We are located at 12284 N Fox Den Drive. Our ideal candidate is outgoing with excellent customer relation skills, motivated, and eager to learn. This employee will be responsible for handling front office receptionist and administrative duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, and performing general clerical and customer service work in support of the Department Heads.

 

Responsibilities

  • Greeting Members
  • Answering Phone Calls
  • Membership Reservations
  • Guiding Members to their correct destination while visiting The Club
  • Newsletter & Weekly Emails
  • Assisting Department Heads
  • Data Entry for Special Events

Qualifications

  • Publisher Experience
  • Microsoft Word Experience
  • Superb Customer Service Relations
