Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Project Managers: Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specified quality and regulatory standards.
  • Develop Pre-Construction RFP Packages: Assist in the creation and management of project budgets.
  • Manage Project Documentation: Ensure all project-related documentation is filed, current, and easily accessible.
  • Assist in Project Meetings: Plan, conduct, and document all project meetings.
  • Define Project Milestones: Generate progress reports associated with each milestone.
  • Establish Job Processes: Approve pay applications and negotiate subcontractor change orders.
  • Update Project Schedules: Ensure all project schedules are regularly updated and communicated.
  • Identify Risks: Spot potential obstacles or risks to the project and address them proactively.
  • Manage Closeout Process: Assist in the smooth and efficient closeout of projects.


Education and Experience Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • 2-5 Years of Experience in commercial construction and working with a general contractor.
  • Strong client relationships, driving quality and excellence.
  • Proficient in Project-Specific Software: Including CMiC, ProCore, Bluebeam, Adobe, TimberScan, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Project.
  • Ability to interpret data and communicate insights and actions needed.
  • Understands how all elements of a project fit together in the context of the bigger picture.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Four-Year Degree from an accredited university within the construction, engineering, or business concentrations.
  • Previous Experience on commercial job sites.
  • Nice to Have: Health care background and base building experience.
