Job Description: We are looking for skilled Commercial Construction Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to oversee and support our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in commercial construction and must have healthcare/medical project experience, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
Project Manager:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of commercial construction / healthcare / medical projects
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and work schedules
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Manage subcontractors and construction crews
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
Assistant Project Manager:
- Assist Project Managers in planning and coordinating construction projects
- Support the development of project timelines, budgets, and schedules
- Help monitor project progress and address any issues
- Assist in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Communicate with subcontractors and construction teams
- Help prepare project reports and documentation
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Project Manger and Assistant Project Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction management
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Proven track record of successfully managing or assisting in multiple commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
