Day to day duties -
- Seeking a GIS Assistant Project Manager who can effectively work with both internal and external staff to deliver customized products and implement enterprise GIS solutions.
- The role involves managing multiple projects deliverables for the GIS department.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality control, and successful project delivery.
- Responsibilities include working with the internal teams (GIS, Engineering, Construction, IT) to create and optimize GIS solutions, managing project plans, and engaging in/running project meetings to ensure projects tasks are being completed on time by these teams.
- Prefer a candidate with Power BI experience and will be mainly in support role to the current senior PM.
- Assignment: Support lead PM in the GIS group by collecting end-user requirement collection, planning and rollout of GIS solutions.
- Years of experience: 5-10 years relative experience. Part of experience can be in GIS program or software development, but must be able to exhibit project management attributes.
