Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company's marketing goals and objectives.
  • Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage engaging and high-quality content across all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor and engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster a sense of community around the brand.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all channels.
  • Paid Social Media Advertising: Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Brand Advocacy: Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand advocates, and partners to amplify the company's reach and impact.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media KPIs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
