Taylor Farmers Agency was established in September 2016 and has proudly won the President's Council award four years in a row. The office is divided into departments, with a dedicated support team managing the existing client book and a dynamic sales bullpen focused on generating new business. We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our award-winning team. This role involves managing client inquiries, providing exceptional service, and supporting the sales team. Commissions and bonuses are determined based on policies upsold and life appointments secured.

Responsibilities
  • Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately.
  • Facilitate policy changes and updates based on client requests.
  • Answering incoming phone calls and scheduling appointments.
  • Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.

Requirements
  • License Requirements: An active Texas Property and Casualty License and previous sales experience with job tenure is required to be considered.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
  • Skilled in prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with fundamental computer software and applications.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting basic technical issues independently.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
