About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at GuideWell. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer calls, emails, and other inquiries in a courteous and professional manner, providing accurate and timely information to resolve their issues.
  • Resolve Customer Complaints: Listen to customer concerns, empathize with their situation, and provide solutions to resolve their issues.
  • Document Customer Interactions: Accurately document customer interactions, including calls, emails, and other correspondence, to ensure that all information is saved correctly.
  • Meet Customer Service Metrics: Meet or exceed customer service metrics, including average monthly after-call work (ACW) time, average monthly hold time, average monthly staff time, average monthly talk time, and average monthly quality.
  • Escalate Calls: Escalate calls to the necessary department when appropriate, ensuring that customer issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 0-1 year of related work experience in the health insurance industry.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice, good basic computer and typing skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
