Job Description

We are looking for a Regional Sales Reporting, Budgeting and Analytics Manager to join our growing team In this role, you will lead critical financial analysis, reporting, and budget management efforts. Your insights will directly influence strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, and financial health, ensuring our continued growth and success.

  • Sales Reporting: Lead preparation and analysis of sales and other channel KPI reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance for both Vendor and Regional Sales teams
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Manage annual budgeting and objective setting processes, provide forecasts to Strategy team, and conduct variance analysis
  • Vendor Compensation: Serve as interface for Vendor compensation appeals, issues
  • Strategic Insights: Conduct detailed financial analysis of detailed sales metrics and present recommendations to senior management
  • Data Analytics: Utilize advanced analytics to derive actionable insights and develop performance dashboards
  • Process Improvement: Streamline reporting processes and enhance financial models for improved efficiency
  • Lead Management: You will collaborate with the Martech team to oversee all aspects of leads: accuracy, delivery, refreshes, etc.

As a Regional Sales Reporting, Budgeting and Analytics Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Drive strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis and reporting
  • Optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency through effective budget management
  • Enhance customer experience and service delivery through data-driven insights
  • Foster a culture of excellence in financial planning and analytics across the organization
Qualifications

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:

  • Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) 
  • Expert skills in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and VBA)
  • Excel in translating financial insights into strategic recommendations
  • Have working knowledge of SQL or other query languages preferred
  • Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment and can manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in financial modeling, data analysis tools, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Uphold high ethical standards in financial reporting and analysis
  • Experienced with Salesforce or other CRM platforms (e.g., Spotio, Opendoor Solutions)
  • Have the ability to create clear, compelling, and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations, effectively communicating complex financial insights and sale performance results to senior management
