    Job Description

    The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in industrial machinery sales, demonstrate strong business development skills, and have the ability to build lasting client relationships.

  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement strategies to meet sales goals and expand the company's presence in the region.
  • Business Development: Identify and engage with new potential customers, exploring opportunities to introduce the company's advanced machinery solutions.
  • Client Management: Maintain strong, positive relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Product Knowledge: Conduct detailed product demonstrations, explaining the benefits and features of the company's machinery.
  • Market Insights: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates and sales reports to senior management, including forecasts and market analysis.
  • Travel Requirements: Be prepared to travel frequently within the region for client meetings, trade shows, and on-site visits.

    The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in the industrial machinery or related sector.Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Willingness to travel extensively as required.
