Initially, you will work with a team of Sales Managers to learn the internal sales systems and structures within the company. Upon completion of training, you will be expected to plan, organize, lead, and manage the sales and customer service team to meet specific client expectations with an emphasis on superior sales and customer service support.

What are the responsibilities of the Junior Sales Manager?

  • Prioritize and initiate projects that achieve our client’s specific sales goals and maintain high standards and expectations set
  • Provide direction and support to sales and customer service teams
