As a Bookkeeper/Office Assistant at Profile Powersports, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our office documents and supporting our team. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring accurate record-keeping and smooth operations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger entries
  • Receive and verify invoices and payments
  • Code vendor invoices and post into system and verify
  • Assist with vehicle/unit transactions and deal posting
  • Handle office tasks, such as answering phone calls, organizing files, and managing correspondence
  • Assist with off-road vehicle registrations as needed
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
  • Proficient in using double entry accounting software and MS Office suite/specifically Excel
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
