Position Overview:

Under the direction of the IT Onboarding & Procurement Lead, this position supports the onboarding and offboarding of end user employees. Duties include user account creation, computer imaging and staging, maintaining inventory of all IT assets including mobile devices. Additional responsibilities include assisting in the equipment lifecycle process and creating IT End User documentation.


Responsibilities:


Primary Job Duties:

· Follow the weekly onboarding/offboarding Quester Calendar and prep while collaborating with IT Team

· Provide New User training as needed. This may include 1-1 in-person training and training classes

· Create and maintain computer images for efficient system deployment over multiple device types

· Updating Active Directory accounts

· Perform hardware and software installations (Desk setup, Assisting Remote users with equipment setup)

· Account creation across multiple applications and organizations

· Assist in maintaining inventory including tracking of equipment and hardware changes and the equipment lifecycle process

· Retrieve equipment from exiting employees as needed

· Work closely and quickly with HR on terminations

· Assist in Mobile Device deployment and administration

· Work with the Helpdesk Team on transfers and equipment upgrades


Documentation and Processes:

· Create IT Onboarding Training documents for end users

· Document problems, resolutions, and activities for future reference

· Streamline processes to improve quality and reduce overhead


Work Practices:

· "Own" IT onboarding by having pride in your high-quality work and providing a best-in-class new user IT experience

· Display absolute integrity and discretion in performing support responsibilities

· Remain productive, without direct supervision

· Complete tasks and projects as assigned, in a timely manner


Communication/Teamwork:

· Work with cross departmental and cross functional teams to ensure smooth business processes

· Communicate with others in the company in a positive manner

· Represent Johnson Health Tech NA in a positive manner when working with outside vendors


Marginal Job Functions:

Requirements:


Education:

· Associates degree in a computer related field and/or equivalent work experience


Experience:

· 1-3 years relevant experience


Other Requirements:

· Strong computer skills, strong written and oral communication skills

· Detailed knowledge of the Microsoft Business Stack (Office, Office 365, Windows 10, 11 etc)

· Detailed Knowledge of MacOS and Apple computing devices

· Familiarity with working with iOS

· Utilize MDM systems (i.e. Meraki, JAMF, ABM)

· General understanding of SCCM concepts (i.e Endpoint Central)

· Knowledge of Helpdesk ticketing systems (i.e Solarwinds ServiceDesk)

· General understanding of Active Directory Management (i.e. AD Manager Plus)
